چکیده

Abstract The increasing emission of carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) to the atmosphere has gained worldwide concern due its main contribution climate changes, global warming, and greenhouse effect. Numbers technologies have been carried out remove this hazardous gas from environment such as absorption, adsorption, membrane separation, cryogenic biological process. Due limitation current absorption technique, CO adsorption technique using porous solid adsorbents seems be a potential candidate in capturing . This is advantages low regeneration energy requirements, no liquid waste cost. Furthermore, amine functionalization APTES on progressively study for usage enhancing adsorption. uses that modified with could enhance performance chemisorption -NH bond further improve terms uptake selectivity. Besides that, adsorbent will also greatly reactivity towards In review, impact diverse loadings different type solvent used APTES-functionalization capture was thoroughly elaborated. suitable reaction conditions regenerability significantly affect their capacity were discussed detail. Other than distributing useful knowledge progress adsorbents, review anticipated provide benefit industrial academic appeal more attention fascinating area capture.

Efficient Removal of Co2+ from Aqueous Solution by 3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane Functionalized Montmorillonite with Enhanced Adsorption Capacity

To achieve a satisfactory removal efficiency of heavy metal ions from wastewater, silane-functionalized montmorillonite with abundant ligand-binding sites (-NH2) was synthesized as an efficient adsorbent. Ca-montmorillonite (Ca-Mt) was functionalized with 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane (APTES) to obtain the APTES-Mt products (APTES1.0CEC-Mt, APTES2.0CEC-Mt, APTES3.0CEC-Mt, APTES4.0CEC-Mt) with e...

Preparation, characterization and adsorption properties of a novel 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane functionalized sodium alginate porous membrane adsorbent for Cr(III) ions.

In this study, we prepared 3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilane (APTEOS) functionalized sodium alginate (SA) porous membrane adsorbent (APTEOS/SA) and tested its adsorption performance for removing of Cr(III) ions. The physico-chemical properties of the pristine and Cr(III) ions loaded APTEOS/SA were investigated by FT-IR, SEM-EDX, TG, AFM, and contact angle goniometer methods. To investigate the adso...

Open diamondoid amino-functionalized MOFs for CO2 capture.

Solvent-induced chiral single-crystal to achiral single-crystal structural transformation is presented by two isomeric amino-functionalized metal-organic frameworks with 2-fold interpenetrating diamond topology, and the achiral form has high CO(2) uptake capacity.
